STEP 1: How your property looks in the current market

Contact Us to get the ball rolling. We'll talk to you about the market and set up a meeting to come look at your property so that we can give you a FREE opinion of value. Or, if you're not ready to chat yet, we can set you up with MLS access so you can browse accurate market data on your own.

STEP 2: Preparing to list

When you get ready to place a home on the market for sale, it becomes a product—and just like any product on the shelves at your local store, it offers plusses and minuses. Additionally, there are other products against which buyers will compare it. To gain an edge in your marketplace, you must be priced right and look better than the competition. Sometimes it’s difficult to think of a home as a mere product, but it helps to think that way so that you can get top dollar for your property and sell it in a reasonable amount of time.

STEP 3: Marketing & Showing

In addition to the experienced and accomplished REALTORS® on our team, we also have two marketing professionals working on the design and copy of our print and online ads. Your property will be presented with professional photography and will receive exposure in our regular full-page ads with Real Estate Magazine, in targeted postcard mailings, and through promotion on Facebook. The listing will be put into the MLS with thoughtful copy to highlight the property's best points and draw an audience. Our ads and other marketing materials (in print and online) are custom-designed to be attention-grabbing and to set our listings apart from the rest of the pack. We take a personalized approach to everything we do, and we'll consider a variety of options and combinations of approaches to best present your listing.

When it comes to showings, we will give you as much notice as possible (and of course, you are always free to say no, if necessary). We will certainly try to be present to promote your property. If we are unable to attend a showing, it is much more important to have it as scheduled than to put it off. We will put a lockbox in an inconspicuous place for our own convenience. STEP 4: Offers & Negotiations

Our team of negotiation experts will work to your best interests. With a vast array of negotiation experience and certifications, we're exactly the type of people who can help you get to the closing table with a smile on your face.

STEP 5: Under contract

Once a property is under contract, there's a web of tasks to be navigated. While you pack and get ready to move, we'll tackle the navigation and point out the smoothest possible path to get you to the closing table.
